These terms apply to everyone who uses The Magic Circle Rota. By signing in you agree to them.

Who can use the rota

Accounts are created by producers for staff working at The Magic Circle. Accounts are personal — please don’t share your sign-in details.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your contact details and availability up to date.
• Check your assignments and let a producer know as soon as possible if you can’t attend.
• Use the rota only for Magic Circle scheduling and keep other people’s details confidential.

Producers

Producers can create shows, manage staff accounts and assign staff. They should only give producer access to people who need it.

Assignments

The rota is a planning tool. Assignments and show times can change; the latest information is always what’s shown in the rota.

Availability of the service

We aim to keep the rota running smoothly but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Linked calendars may occasionally fall behind the rota.

Ending access

Producers may remove or suspend accounts, for example when someone stops working with us or misuses the rota.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
